NO EUCHARISTIC ADORATION TILL FURTHER NOTICE!
Adoration of our Lord in the Blessed Sacrament and Benediction is held every first Friday of the month in the Church. The opening prayer of Adoration begins immediately following the 8:00 A.M. Mass after which the Legion of Mary leads those gathered in the praying of our Our Lady's Rosary. Prayer, reflection and meditation continue throughout the morning and all are invited to visit our Lord and spend some quiet time with Him. The Chaplet of Divine Mercy is prayed at 11:00 A.M. and Benediction of the Blessed Sacrament is offered at 12:00 Noon after which time, Adoration concludes with the closing prayer.
In honoring our Lord and Savior, we remember the beautiful words of our beloved Pope John Paul II,
"The worship given to the Trinity of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit...must fill our churches...Adoration of Christ in this sacrament of love must also find expression in various forms of Eucharistic devotion: personal prayer before the Blessed Sacrament, hours of adoration, periods of exposition...and Eucharistic benediction...Let us be generous with our time in going to meet Him in adoration and in contemplation that is full of faith and ready to make reparation for the great faults and crimes of the world. May our adoration never cease."
Peace and tremendous blessings come to all who honor our Lord in His Most Blessed Sacrament. Can you spend some time with Jesus?
